We currently offer delivery across Cairo and Giza. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, and order volume.
Payment

Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are generally not accepted after delivery. Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
